My oldest will be 13 tomorrow!!!!
Yep, you read that right, I have a teenager....and a girl at that! She will be 13 tomorrow at 9:23 in the AM. We had a party for her today, and I did a MAC look for it. Sorry about very little in the way of posts this week.....I had to drive an hour and a half out of my area all week long and had to be up by 4:00 in the AM every day to do it! But here's the party look, as well as a peek at my new glasses!
Eyes:
TFSI
Fyrinnae Pixie Epoxy on lid and under lower lashline
MAC Blackground on lid, with MAC Delft over top of it
MAC Shimmermoss on lid and dry over lower liner
MAC Vapour on browbone
MAC Spiked browpencil
MAC Zinc Zone under lower lashline, lower waterline, and over shimmermoss on upper lashline very close to lashes
MAC Stars N Rockets in crease
MAC Zoom fast black lash
There's the glasses! They have some bling on the sides.
Face:
MAC Prep + Prime
MAC Studio Fix Fluid in NC20
MAC Moisturecover in NW20 under eye area and on lips
MAC Blot powder in Medium
MAC Buff blush
Lips:
Jordana liner in Natural
MAC Lipstick in High Tea
MAC superglass in Sugar Overload
My dd had a great time. :D
The kids went swimming at an indoor pool after cake and ice cream and I left and went to see Robin Hood. It was AWESOME, I loved it! It had moments of humor as well as drama and adventure too. :D

awww happy birthday to your daughter!!
ReplyDeleteMy little sister is 13, it might sound weird but I'm so excited for her to start really growing up and defining herself :) I feel like when I come back home during Christmas and stuff she will have changed so much. Also, I love the glasses! They look super cute :)
ReplyDeleteA great look for you. I really think that the lip color is a great compliment to the eye colors. :)
ReplyDeleteYou've got me beat, but not by much....my eldest (a boy) just turned 12 a few weeks ago.
I hope that I will enjoy the Robin Hood flick when it comes out. Of course my son will want to see it. :)
Enjoy the rest of your weekend.
Hi Nina, thanks! I'll pass that on to her!
ReplyDeleteHi Heather, thank you on the glasses! Ikwym, she's growing up so fast....it's interesting.
Hi birdofparadise...thank you! I wanted something springy and fun. Your son will want to see Robin Hood huh? That's something my daughter would not want to see with me....I went by myself! LOL....She's not into history like I am. Enjoy your weekend too!
Thanks, Thia! My Sunday is winding down now (big time difference where I live.) We had a very nice cookout in our neighborhood. I really love a bunch of my neighbors, and we socialize like this on a regular basis.
ReplyDeleteMy son will want to see Robin Hood because he loves all action/adventure flicks. If there is some fighting with blood 'n' guts, so much the better, as far as he is concerned!
Oh that sounds like fun! :D
ReplyDeleteYour son sounds more like my youngest daughter who's 10. She said SHE'D go see it with me.
Happy Birthday to your daughter! Love the glasses too :)
ReplyDeleteHi Janet, thanks! :D
ReplyDeleteEveryone, the dd says THANK YOU!!!!
ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday to your daughter!
ReplyDeleteLove the glasses!
Hi Kathy, thanks on both parts!
ReplyDeleteHow does it feel to have a teenager? I'd be scared...
ReplyDeletePretty eyeshadow and the glasses are totally cute on you!
Haha I know.....it's pretty good though, she's got a good head on her shoulders! Thanks!!! :D
