Off my usual topic...BPAL love

OK, I'm a closet BPAL lover.  Well, not so closet.  :D  I've mentioned before I have sensitivities (Scentsitivities LOL) and sensitive skin, sensitive scalp, sensitive eyes....so most perfumes are out for me.  But these oils, for the most part, I can use!  I only have six full sizes, and a handful of imps atm, but I love every one for the most part.  My full sizes are Dana O'shee, Baobhan Sith, Eat me, Swank, Muse, and Akuma.  I have other imps that I want to get full sizes of.  But the reason for this post, other than to say I'm planning a BPAL order soon probably, is to show you my homemade BPAL box.

Yes, that's the Accolade by Edward Leighton.  I got a copy of it at my local Michaels and put it on the front of a tea box.  Then I edged it with black and silver ribbon and those celtic knot pendants, and covered the whole thing with a silvery glittery decoupage topcoat (that's the sparkly spots that you can't tell what they are LOL)....it actually looks a whole lot better in person.

The inside of my box:  The top Left side is my imp box, then the bottom left is my full sizes, all whopping 6.  The other top side is the rollerball ones I have that I've decanted some of all of my full sizes except Dana O'shee.  I did that when I first got them, because I was afraid the fragrance oils on their own would be too much, so I put some in a rollerball with jojoba oil to dilute it.  There are plastic droppers under them that I used to do so.  But I've since discovered that I can use the oils neat, so I won't be needing to do that again.  They travel well in that format though.

All 11 of my imps.  LOL!

I do have a question for y'all though.  I'm open to try other similar makers of perfume oils, but have NO IDEA where to start.  Do you have any recs for good ones?  TIA!  :D

  1. I love it! I am in SERIOUS need of finding some way to manage my perfumes. Where did you find your imp holder?

Besides BPAL (and I also love Swank and Akuma, haven't smelled the others), I really love Wiggle Perfume over on Etsy. I can't recommend them enough - the prices are great, the scents are fantastic, the packaging is super cute, and the customer service is out of this world. And the shipping time is soooo fast.
